Austin Bank is a senior technology and operations executive with nearly two decades of experience designing, building, and scaling advanced energy and digital‑infrastructure systems across North America.
As Founder, CEO and CTO of CryptoTherm Manufacturing, Austin leads the design and deployment of immersion‑cooled bitcoin mining and energy recapture systems. Immersion mining since 2017 and engineering liquid cooling and heating systems since 2005, he has delivered solutions spanning single‑miner residential heaters, multi‑megawatt mining farms, and integrated cogen, trigen, and solar power/heating projects.
Austin currently oversees CryptoTherm’s Canadian manufacturing operations in Calgary. In his role as Chief Operating Officer of CarbonSmart Mining, Austin is responsible for operational execution, systems integration, technology deployment, and scaling field operations across gas‑to‑power and digital‑energy projects in Canada and the United States.
His unique blend of mechanical engineering, thermal systems, and large‑scale infrastructure expertise positions him at the center of CarbonSmart’s strategy to convert underutilized energy into productive digital means.

Adam Gallagher is a senior financial executive with over a decade of leadership experience in the North American energy and industrial sectors, specializing in financial strategy, capital structuring, corporate development, and operational finance for high-growth and turnaround organizations.
Adam currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Borealis Fuels & Logistics Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of CarbonSmart Mining, where he leads all corporate finance, treasury, reporting, budgeting, investor relations, and long-term balance-sheet strategy.
Over the course of more than a decade, Adam has served as CFO and financial partner alongside Sean Senos across multiple ventures including True Directional Services, True Performance Directional Services, Total Directional Services, and Primal Machining, supporting rapid growth, restructurings, and successful exits.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
